At BookMyCostume, we want your celebrations to be perfect; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Quality Check Preparation
Pack the costume securely in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories like hats, wands, or masks are included.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package after verifying the basic condition.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a thorough quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
